What types of events do you cater?
We provide catering for a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, birthday celebrations, private parties, church events, holiday gatherings, and large group events. Whether your event is formal or casual, we can tailor the service to fit your needs.
Do you offer customized menus?
Yes. We offer fully customizable menus based on your event type, guest preferences, and budget. We can adjust menu items, portion sizes, and service style to ensure your event is exactly what you envision.
What catering services do you offer?
We offer three main service styles:
- Full-Service Catering (setup, serving, and cleanup included)
- Drop-Off Catering (food delivered and set up, ready to serve)
- Plated Dining Service (formal, restaurant-style service with staff on-site)
How far in advance should I book catering?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holidays, and large events. A minimum of 2–4 weeks in advance is ideal, but availability may vary depending on the season.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 40% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due two weeks prior to the scheduled event date, depending on the service agreement. All deposits, once a booking is confirmed, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds are extremely rare and granted only in verified unforeseen and extraordinary situations, and must be supported with appropriate documentation for review at the sole discretion of K & J’s Catering Service.
Do you provide tastings before booking?
Tastings may be available for select events, especially weddings or large catering orders. This allows clients to experience menu options before finalizing their selections.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes. We can accommodate common dietary needs such as vegetarian options and certain food allergies. Please inform us in advance so we can properly prepare safe and suitable menu options.
Do you provide staff for events?
Yes, for full-service and plated dining experiences we provide trained staff to handle setup, serving, and cleanup. Drop-off catering does not include on-site staff.
What is included in drop-off catering?
Drop-off catering includes freshly prepared food delivered to your location along with basic setup. Food is arranged and ready for self-service, making it a convenient option for casual or office events.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on several factors including guest count, menu selections, service style, and event complexity. We provide custom quotes for each event to ensure accurate pricing.
Do you cater large events?
Yes. We are experienced in catering both small and large-scale events including weddings, corporate gatherings, church events, and community celebrations.

We primarily serve local and surrounding areas. Delivery and travel availability may vary depending on the size and type of event.
